Kokoda Challenge 8 Weeks out
Things are heating up at NBM about the Kokoda challenge. We’ve been doing some individual training so far to prepare for the 96km "mammothon: – but we decided that won’t cut it. We’ve put together a group training plan. Check it out, here:
